Hobbies
I am interested in personal development and meditative practices. I have spent the last seven years working with college students to develop strategic plans for their success using my doctoral research in identity development. I am a martial arts instructor and kickboxing trainer, I have over 26 years experience in martial arts. I am also an avid traveler. I take any opportunity I can to spend time outdoors, working out, or reading about psychology and philosophy. I also love to write fiction and non-fiction. I am currently working on a book for publication in the Spring of 2015.
